Anonymous goes viral on my blog

I started blogging three years back. It was hard for me to stay current with my blog, "Random Thoughts," which contains my various reflections. It is always difficult for me to turn my thoughts into words. But I do like to play with words and construct them into whatever I can. It is always good and lovable to read as a diary, and sometimes I doubt myself: did I really write this piece? The journey of writing when I am poor in vocabulary, and even then, when I finally manage to see in black and white, I feel a sigh and a real wow!

Three years back it was too young for the readers. The page view count button remains constant. I started following blogs, and in return they do follow me. I started commenting my thoughts and thanking the respective authors for sharing their beautiful articles. My zeal for reading and writing increased, and consequently, following many bloggers and sharing my little writing on Facebook and other social media, the network of bloggers was thus shaped. When more and more flocking among bloggers increased, the anonymous comments started flowing in. The page view button accelerates to count how many visit the site, which is not worth visiting but feels great with inspiring comments and is too depriving for the inaccurate content of the post.

I don’t have much idea on why people choose anonymity to comment. Daily I get forty to fifty spams. I never accept the spam. But many comments authored by anonymous people can be seen on almost every post. And it is unlucky, especially for the popular posts. The moment I see my post jumped to the list of popular posts, it is definite that it is being chased with anonymous comments. At times I find it so difficult to delete them.

I am happy that many are going through what I have written. I am unhappy that they raise their voice anonymously.  Almost everyone comments with only the notion to promote their business. From car rental to travel agent and flight business, they find the time to comment with good words and leave their website ID on my website. To be frank, I am not at all sure whether I will make it to fly around the world with their flight and through their travel agent and do car rental business in Europe.  One that disgusts and frustrates is when they comment to promote their sex website. I am not interested in getting naked online, and moreover, I am in a society where sex is still a taboo topic.

One very imperative piece of feedback I got from anonymous is about the layout and loading time. They appreciate me for easy loading of its contents. But few say in some browsers the image gets overlapped. I know in Firefox and Chrome everything is fine; nonetheless, I am finding ways how I can make a uniform appearance for all browsers.

It is always great for me to flatter with your great words, which inspire me to write more. I write more with a smile. I will write more with a smile. I will try reading all your comments. I am sorry if I can’t if I delete them. Though it is spam, I do my part to read it. It is fluky great that few aren’t spam.

I want to know if it is the same for your blog, too.

A few anonymous comments:
“Your article has really peaked my interest.
I'm going to take a note of your website and keep checking for new information about once a week. I opted in for your RSS feed as well”

“І was curious if уou еver thought of сhanging the layоut οf your wеbѕite? ”Pretty nice article on hertz rental car san francisco
airport address. I just found your blog and wanted to state that I
have seriously liked surfing around your content. In any
case I will be subscribing to your feed and hopefully you write again very soon!”

“Hello! This is kind of off topic but I need some advice from an established blog.
Is it very hard to set up your own blog? I'm not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty fast. I'm thinking about making my own but I'm not sure where to begin. Do you have any ideas or suggestions? With thanks”

“Hey! This post couldn't be written any better! Reading this post reminds me of my old roommate! He always kept talking about this. I will forward this post to him. Fairly certain he will have a good read. Thanks for sharing!”

“Wοаh! I'm really enjoying the template/theme of this site. It's
simple, yet effective. A lot of timеѕ it's challenging to get that "perfect balance" between user friendliness and visual appearance. I must say you've
done a amazing job with this. Αdditіonally, thе blоg loаdѕ supeг

  1. Hi, Sangay, this post took my interest as I have just spent so much time today deleting hundreds of anonymous posts. I don't really understand these comments - do you think they are actually visitors on the site, as in, do they account for part of the traffic to the site? Why do they bother? Why don't they leave real comments? any way interesting to see another blogger writing about these anonymous ghosts.
